Assembling the Machine

Click for a close up viewPut the bowl in the machine and rotate it until it drops into place.

Attach the nylon scraper to the baffle. When correctly fitted, the scraper sits quite loosely in place and should curve away from the baffle in the same direction as the temperature probe.

Fit the baffle into position. One end of the baffle has two small connecting pins. Place this end near the control pad of the machine. Do not use force: if the baffle is correctly aligned, it will slip into place. If the baffle is not correctly aligned or damaged, the machine will not start and will make a warning noise when you try to start it.

Fit the baffle clip. This prevents solid chocolate from climbing out of the bowl as it turns.
